Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups

A delightful treat that combines health and flavor, perfect for any time of day. These cups feature creamy Greek yogurt and crunchy granola, making them ideal for busy weekdays or casual brunches.

  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 3-4 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
  • Berries of choice for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, cinnamon, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir until you achieve a sticky dough. If it’s too dry, add more almond butter or honey.
  3. Line a muffin pan with muffin liners.
  4. Press the granola dough evenly into the base of each cup.
  5. Spoon Greek yogurt into each cup and smooth out the top.
  6. Top with your favorite berries and, if desired, a sprinkle of extra granola.
  7. Freeze the cups for at least four hours.
  8. Before serving, let them thaw slightly.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness and chill time is essential for the best texture. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
