Fruit Quesadillas

Delightful and quick fruit quesadillas perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert, customizable with your favorite fruits.

  • 4 Flour tortillas
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Blueberries (or any fruit of your choice)
  • Optional: honey or cinnamon for topping

Instructions

  1. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on one side of a tortilla.
  2. Evenly sprinkle your chosen fruit, like blueberries, over the cream cheese layer.
  3. Place another tortilla on top to form a quesadilla.
  4. Preheat a pan over medium heat. Cook the quesadilla for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until it’s golden brown.
  5. Remove from heat, slice into wedges, and serve warm. For an extra touch, drizzle with honey or sprinkle with cinnamon.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in a pan for a few minutes for best results.
