A classic Full English Breakfast combining crispy toast, juicy chicken sausages, vibrant tomatoes, and baked beans for a hearty start to your day.

  • 4 slices Bread
  • 1 cup Baked Beans (Canned or Homemade)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 4 links Chicken Sausages
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 8 Mushrooms
  • 4 large Eggs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 Spring onions (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Baked Beans: If you’re feeling adventurous, make your own spicy version; if not, simply open a can and warm them up.
  2. Toast the Bread: Slice the bread and toast it until crispy. Spread a little butter on the top for added flavor and set aside.
  3. Cook the Sausage and Veggies: In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chicken sausages, diced tomatoes, and sliced mushrooms. Stir frequently to cook everything evenly until browned.
  4. Fry the Eggs: Once the sausages and vegetables are ready, set them aside. Add butter to the same pan and crack in the eggs. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook them to your preferred level of doneness.
  5. Plate It Up: Now for the fun part! Arrange the sausages, eggs, grilled mushrooms, tomatoes, crispy toast, and a generous serving of baked beans on your plate. Top it off with chopped spring onions for that fresh touch.
