  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and eggs. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract until well incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, and salt until combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into your prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean.

For a dairy-free version, substitute butter with coconut oil. Add chocolate chips for extra chocolate goodness!
