Grab-and-Go Protein Breakfast Wrap

A quick and easy protein-packed breakfast wrap that’s perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 Whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup Cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Spinach, fresh
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a non-stick skillet, scramble the eggs until they’re just set.
  2. Warm the whole wheat wrap in a skillet or microwave for about 15 seconds.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Greek yogurt over the entire wrap.
  4. Layer the creamy scrambled eggs on top of the yogurt, followed by fresh spinach and a sprinkle of cheese.
  5. Lightly season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Carefully roll the wrap, tucking in the sides as you go.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious breakfast wrap!

Notes

Store unrolled wraps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the microwave or oven for best results.
