  • 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
  3. Lay the pie crust in a pie dish, ensuring it fits snugly around the edges.
  4. Evenly distribute the diced prosciutto over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the prosciutto.
  6. Carefully pour the egg mixture over the cheese and prosciutto, filling the crust to the brim.
  7. Bake in your preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top turns lightly golden.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes. This quiche also freezes well.
