Delicious and crispy hash browns made with Baby Carisma potatoes, perfect for breakfast or as a side dish.

  • 2 cups Baby Carisma potatoes
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup cornflour
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven or a non-stick skillet.
  2. Grate the Baby Carisma potatoes and squeeze out any excess moisture.
  3. Mix the grated potatoes with eggs, cornflour, and your chosen spices until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into hash brown patties—don’t worry about making them perfect!
  5. Cook the patties in the skillet until they’re golden and crispy on both sides, or bake them for a healthier option.
  6. Sprinkle low-fat cheese on top just before serving, allowing it to melt slightly.

Notes

For extra crunch, consider adding grated onion to the potato mixture. Make sure to squeeze out excess moisture from the grated potatoes.
