  • 1 pound mild breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Layer the crescent rolls at the bottom of the prepared dish, pressing gently to flatten.
  4. Next, evenly distribute the cooked sausage over the crescent rolls.
  5. Pour the beaten eggs over the sausage layer, ensuring even coverage.
  6. Finally, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is beautifully golden brown.
