High Protein Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

A creamy, chocolatey pudding packed with protein, perfect for a post-workout snack or a healthy breakfast.

  • 1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate protein powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond milk, chia seeds, chocolate protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Whisk thoroughly until everything is well combined.
  3. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes.
  4. Whisk again to break up any clumps.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes or overnight until it thickens.
  6. Serve chilled, and enjoy!

Notes

Top with fresh berries, sliced bananas, or chopped nuts for added crunch. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
