High Protein Cottage Cheese Oven Pancakes

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, eggs, rolled oats, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
