High Protein Double Chocolate Frozen Yogurt Bites

Indulgent yet guilt-free frozen yogurt bites packed with protein and rich chocolate flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula, being careful not to break them.
  3. Spoon the mixture into mini muffin tins or silicone molds, making sure they are evenly filled.
  4. Freeze for at least 120 minutes, or until they are solid.
  5. Once frozen, pop out the yogurt bites and enjoy as a healthy treat!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to three months. Perfect for meal prep!
