High Protein Pancakes

A delightful twist on classic pancakes packed with protein and flavor, perfect for energizing breakfasts.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 scoop protein powder

Instructions

  1. Mash the ripe banana in a bowl until it’s smooth.
  2. Add the eggs and protein powder to the bowl. Mix until everything is well combined.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour the batter onto the skillet, shaping the pancakes to your desired size.
  5. Once you see bubbles forming on the surface, flip the pancakes. Cook until they’re golden brown on the other side.
  6. Serve them warm and enjoy!

Notes

Top with fresh berries, honey, or Greek yogurt for added flavor. Can freeze for up to a month.
