A simple and satisfying breakfast spread with scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, toast, and optional bacon or sausage.

  • 2 cups Fresh fruits (bananas, berries, apples)
  • 4 slices Bread (for toast or sandwiches)
  • 1 cup Milk or dairy-free alternatives
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup or honey
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 4 slices Bacon or sausage (optional)
  • Spices (cinnamon, vanilla extract)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Wash and chop the fresh fruits, and measure out your oats and other staples.
  2. Whisk the eggs: In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with a splash of milk; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the eggs: Heat a pan and add butter. Pour in your egg mixture and scramble until fluffy.
  4. Toast your bread: While the eggs cook, toast your bread until golden and add your favorite toppings.
  5. Blend the drink: Blend your choice of fruits with yogurt and honey until smooth.
