  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine the oats, Greek yogurt, protein powder, chia seeds, lemon juice, honey, and almond milk.
  2. Stir everything well until fully mixed.
  3. Cover your bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, give it a good stir to incorporate any settled ingredients.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Adjust sweetness with honey based on preference.
