Make-Ahead Freezer Breakfast Burritos

Delicious and easy breakfast burritos that can be made ahead and frozen, perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • Flour tortillas
  • Eggs
  • Bacon
  • Seasoned potatoes
  • Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cooking oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper until just set.
  3. Add the seasoned potatoes to the skillet, cooking until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Layer each tortilla with cooked potatoes, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and cheese.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly, folding in the edges.
  6. Wrap each burrito in foil or plastic wrap for freezing.
  7. Freeze until ready to enjoy.
  8. To reheat, unwrap and microwave for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
