  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup cooked beef sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or oil.
  2. Whisk together the pancake mix, milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and baking powder until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Fold in the crumbled cooked sausage, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the casserole is puffed and golden brown.
  6. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm, drizzled with extra maple syrup if desired.
