Peaches & Cream Oatmeal

A delightful breakfast option that combines creamy almond milk and sweet peaches, perfect for any time of the day.

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup peaches, chopped
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp dairy-free creamer
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Start by peeling and chopping the peaches into small pieces.
  2. In a small saucepan, mix together the old-fashioned oats, chopped peaches, almond milk, water, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Set the saucepan on the stove over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally. Cook until the oatmeal reaches your desired thickness.
  5. Once cooked, stir in the dairy-free creamer to enhance the creaminess.
  6. Serve the oatmeal in a bowl, topped with more chopped peaches, a light dusting of cinnamon, and a splash of additional creamer.
