Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, salt, and egg in a mixing bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each piece into a bagel.
  4. Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
