  • Oats
  • Nut butter (peanut or almond)
  • Yogurt
  • Honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Whisk a couple of eggs in a bowl until combined. Pour the mixture into a preheated skillet. Add cheese and diced vegetables, then cook until the edges are set. Fold and serve.
  2. Toast a slice of whole-grain bread until golden. Spread peanut butter on top, adding banana slices and a drizzle of honey.
  3. Layer creamy yogurt with fresh fruits in a bowl. Top with oats for crunch.
  4. Take a tortilla and layer with deli meat and cheese. Roll tightly, microwave for 30 seconds, then slice into pinwheels.

Notes

For fluffier omelets, add a splash of milk or water to the egg mixture.
