  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Optional)

Instructions

  3. In a large skillet, heat butter or oil over medium-high heat until hot.
  4. Spread the grated potatoes evenly in the skillet, covering the surface.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, cooking without stirring for about 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Carefully flip the hash browns and cook for an additional 5 to 7 minutes until fully cooked and crispy.

Notes

To ensure crispiness, remove as much moisture as possible from the grated potatoes and avoid overcrowding the skillet.
