  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup bread cubes (optional)
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (optional, like bell peppers or spinach)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned, draining any excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Add bread cubes and chopped vegetables to the skillet with the sausage, stirring to mix everything evenly.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and veggies, and fold in the shredded cheese.
  6. Grease a baking dish and transfer the mixture into it, spreading it out evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set and the top turns golden brown.
  8. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
