Sausage Egg Breakfast Roll-Ups

Delicious breakfast roll-ups filled with savory sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melted cheese, all wrapped in flaky crescent dough.

  • 6 breakfast sausage links (fully cooked)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until combined.
  3. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and scramble gently until just set. Remove from heat.
  4. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. On each triangle, place spoonfuls of scrambled eggs, a sprinkle of cheese, and a sausage link.
  5. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end, and place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and slightly puffed.
  7. Serve warm for a delicious breakfast treat!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
