Sausage Egg Breakfast Roll-Ups

  • 6 breakfast sausage links (fully cooked)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well blended.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the egg mixture.
  4. Gently scramble the eggs until they are just set, then take off the heat.
  5. On a clean surface, unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
  6. Spoon a portion of scrambled eggs onto the wider end of each triangle, sprinkle some cheddar cheese, and add a sausage link.
  7. Roll each triangle from the wide end towards the tip, making sure to enclose the filling completely.
  8. Place the rolled-up crescents on the lined baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and delicious.
