Sausage Egg Breakfast Roll-Ups

Quick and delicious roll-ups filled with savory sausage and fluffy scrambled eggs wrapped in crescent roll dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 2 cooked sausage links, crumbled
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled
  • Shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll and lay out the crescent dough triangles on a baking sheet.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, scramble the eggs until cooked through. Set them aside.
  4. Crumble the cooked sausage links and combine them with the scrambled eggs.
  5. Spoon a generous amount of the sausage and egg mixture onto the wide end of each crescent dough triangle.
  6. Roll the dough starting from the wide end to the point, forming a nice roll.
  7. Place the rolls in the oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Best served with salsa or sour cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
