Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Sliders

A delicious grab-and-go breakfast option filled with savory sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melted cheese.

  • 1 package dinner rolls or slider buns
  • 8 breakfast sausage patties
  • 8 eggs
  • 8 slices cheese (American or cheddar)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the breakfast sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet with a pinch of salt and pepper to your desired firmness.
  4. Slice the slider buns in half and arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Layer the cooked sausage patties, scrambled eggs, and cheese slices on the bun bottoms.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns over the fillings.
  7. Brush the maple syrup and melted butter glaze generously over the assembled sliders.
  8. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy every bite!

Notes

These sliders can be assembled ahead of time and baked in the morning for a quick breakfast.
