  • 1 Bell pepper, diced

  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a sheet pan, ensuring it fits snugly.
  3. Pre-bake the dough for about 10 minutes, or until it turns slightly golden.
  4. Crack the eggs into a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread a generous layer of cheese evenly across the pre-baked dough.
  6. Distribute the cooked breakfast meats, bell peppers, onions, and spinach evenly over the cheese.
  7. Pour the beaten eggs over the entire pizza, ensuring all toppings are thoroughly covered.
  8. Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbling.
