  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and generously grease a baking sheet.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Mix the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Spread the batter evenly onto the greased baking sheet.
