Instructions

  2. Add the fresh spinach and cook until it’s wilted, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet over the wilted spinach and let it sit for a moment.
  5. Gently stir the mixture with a spatula, cooking until the eggs reach your desired consistency, about 3 to 4 minutes.
