  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Honey or maple syrup to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly and poke some holes in them. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until tender.
  3. Allow sweet potatoes to cool slightly, then peel and chop into bite-sized chunks.
