Tasty Sugar Free Frozen Yogurt Bites

A refreshing and healthy dessert made with Greek yogurt and fresh fruits, perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or a sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruit (berries, banana slices, etc.) for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or sugar substitute), and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
  3. Carefully spoon the yogurt mixture into silicone molds or mini cupcake liners, filling them about three-quarters full.
  4. Top each yogurt portion with your selected fresh fruit pieces.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer and allow to freeze for 2-3 hours or until completely solid.
  6. Once frozen, gently remove the yogurt bites from the molds and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. Allowing the yogurt to sit at room temperature for a few minutes will help with removal from molds.
