Tiramisu Chia Pudding With Greek Yogurt

A creamy and satisfying dessert that blends the flavors of tiramisu with the healthy goodness of chia pudding and Greek yogurt.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk of your choice (dairy or plant-based)
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 1.5 tablespoons instant espresso powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Gather all your pudding base ingredients: Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, milk, chia seeds, espresso powder, and salt.
  2. Combine these ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend for about 60 seconds or until the mixture is completely smooth.
  3. Divide the blended pudding evenly into four jars, making sure to create a smooth top.
  4. Mix together Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until well combined for the topping.
  5. Layer the yogurt topping over each jar of pudding, allowing the two textures to blend beautifully.
  6. Dust each jar generously with unsweetened cocoa powder for that classic dessert finish.
  7. Cover the jars with lids or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes, or for best results, let them chill overnight.
  8. Serve chilled straight from the jars for a rustic feel, or spoon into elegant bowls.

Notes

For a vegan option, swap the Greek yogurt for a plant-based alternative. Store leftovers in the refrigerator with airtight lids for up to 3-4 days.
