  • 0.5 cup frozen banana
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk (or other plant-based milk)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • Sliced kiwi
  • Shredded coconut
  • Granola
  • Chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Begin by adding the frozen mango chunks, frozen banana, fresh spinach, and coconut milk to your blender. If you’re including protein powder, toss that in too.
  2. Blend everything until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. If it’s a bit thick, add a splash more coconut milk to loosen it up.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  4. Get creative with toppings by adding sliced kiwi, a sprinkle of shredded coconut, a handful of granola, and a dash of chia seeds.
  5. Serve it immediately, and enjoy your tropical getaway in a bowl!
