5 Ingredient Chocolate Chip Protein Muffins

These muffins are a delightful blend of nutrition and taste, perfect for busy mornings and satisfying for both kids and adults.

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and either grease or line a muffin tin.
  2. Mash the ripe banana until smooth in a large bowl.
  3. Add in the protein powder, egg, and oats. Mix well until everything is fully combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips to ensure they’re evenly distributed.
  5. Spoon the mixture into 6 muffin cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the muffins to cool for a few minutes before enjoying them warm.

Notes

For a vegan version, use almond butter instead of egg or swap chocolate chips for dried fruit.
