  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken Breast (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Cheese (your choice)
  • Spices (salt, pepper, and any additional herbs)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. Whisk the eggs vigorously and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in the spinach, shredded chicken, and cheese until well-combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the skillet, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Let it cook for about 5-7 minutes until the edges are set.
  6. Carefully flip the breakfast to cook until fully set on the other side.
  7. Plate the breakfast and top with Greek yogurt. Serve warm.
