Bacon and Cheese Egg Bites

Delightful bacon and cheese egg bites that are quick to prepare and perfect for any meal.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooked and chopped bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped bacon and shredded cheese, ensuring even distribution.
  4. Grease a muffin tin or use silicone muffin cups. Pour the egg mixture into each muffin cup until they’re about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Allow the bites to cool for a few minutes before carefully removing them from the pan.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

These bites can be easily made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
