Bacon Egg Bites

Delicious and portable Bacon Egg Bites, perfect for busy mornings or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well blended.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese and chopped bacon. If you’re adding vegetables, toss them in now.
  4. Pour the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the egg bites are set and golden on top.
  6. Allow them to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the muffin tin. Enjoy warm or store for later.

Notes

These egg bites can be customized with different vegetables and cheeses. Best served warm but can be stored for later.
