Banana Blended Baked Oats

A delicious and wholesome baked treat combining oats and ripe bananas, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or non-dairy milk)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional toppings: nuts, seeds, or chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the ripe bananas, rolled oats, milk, yogurt, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For variety, try adding peanut butter, almond milk, or different fruits. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
