Banana Oatmeal Meal Prep Breakfast Bars

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut butter or almond butter)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add rolled oats, almond milk, honey, cinnamon, salt, and nut butter to the mashed bananas. Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips for added indulgence, if desired.
  5. Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
  7. Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting them into squares. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
