Blended Overnight Oats

A creamy and nutritious breakfast option, blended overnight oats are perfect for busy mornings or leisurely brunches.

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fruit toppings (e.g., berries, banana slices, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, milk, optional yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, protein powder, and vanilla extract in a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
  3. Transfer the blended mixture to a jar or container.
  4. Refrigerate overnight to let the oats absorb the liquid and soften.
  5. Stir the oats in the morning and top them with your choice of fruit before serving.

Notes

Store blended overnight oats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Add fresh fruit toppings just before serving for optimal freshness.
