Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking dish with butter or oil to prevent sticking.
Whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
Add the dry ingredients: oat flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
Fold in the blueberries, taking care not to break them.
