  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease your baking dish with butter or cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, oats, honey (or maple syrup), eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, and optionally, cinnamon.
  4. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries until they are evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the center sets and the top becomes lightly golden.
