  • 1 cup cooked sausage or bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, crack the eggs. Whisk them together with the milk, salt, and pepper until everything is well combined.
  3. Grease a baking dish to prevent sticking.
  4. Layer the cubed bread evenly on the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the cooked sausage or bacon over the bread layer.
  6. Add the diced vegetables on top of the meat, then finish with the shredded cheese.
  7. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the entire dish, making sure all ingredients are covered.
