Breakfast Fruit Salad

A refreshing and vibrant fruit salad perfect for breakfast or a light dessert, packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberries (washed and cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 cup Green Grapes (washed and halved)
  • 1 cup Red Grapes (washed and halved)
  • 1 cup Blueberries (washed)
  • 1 Apple (washed, cored, peeled, and diced)
  • 1 Banana (peeled and sliced)
  • ¼ cup Pecans (chopped)
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1-2 tbsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Almond Extract

Instructions

  1. Combine all prepared fruits in a large bowl and gently mix.
  2. Whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract in a small mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Fold the yogurt mixture into the fruit carefully.
  4. Top with chopped pecans and serve immediately.

Notes

For a nut-free version, simply omit the pecans. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Add bananas fresh right before serving to prevent browning.
