  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Toppings of choice (like herbs or additional cheese)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough or crust, and place it in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk, adding a dash of salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in your choice of cooked breakfast meats and chopped vegetables until well mixed.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over your prepared crust, ensuring it’s evenly spread.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese for that delicious, gooey topping.
