Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together the oats, almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Whisk together the honey, milk, applesauce, and vanilla extract in another bowl until fully blended.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients gradually, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet using a tablespoon. Flatten each scoop slightly.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits turn golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
