  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the all-purpose flour, protein powder, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese, ensuring it is evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  4. Add the Greek yogurt and milk, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
  5. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead it gently until smooth.
  6. Roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thick, then use a cutter to shape your biscuits.
