Cheese Egg Cloud Keto Bread

A deliciously fluffy, low-carb alternative to traditional bread, perfect for quick breakfasts or as a side for dinner.

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Separate the egg yolks from the whites, placing them in two different mixing bowls.
  3. Add the cream cheese, baking powder, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Beat the egg whites in the second bowl until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cream cheese mixture, ensuring not to deflate the eggs.
  6. Spoon the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming airy, cloud-like mounds.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the tops are golden brown and firm to the touch.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them as toast or in breakfast sandwiches!
