A delightful and nutritious chocolate pudding made with chia seeds, perfect for breakfast or a sweet treat.

  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 24g protein powder (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, protein powder (if using), and a pinch of salt in a medium bowl.
  2. Whisk together the ingredients thoroughly, ensuring there are no clumps.
  3. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid.
  4. Stir again to disperse the chia seeds evenly.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to achieve a creamy texture.
  6. Serve chilled, topped with your favorite fruits or nuts.

Notes

For added flavor, serve with fresh berries or a dollop of almond butter. Can be stored in the fridge for up to five days.
