  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cinnamon sugar mixture: In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until mixed well.
  2. Prepare the egg mixture: In another shallow dish, whisk the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and blended.
  3. Assemble the roll-ups: Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread. Spread melted butter on one side, sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture, and roll tightly from one end.
  4. Cook the roll-ups: Dip each roll-up into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off. In a heated skillet, cook the roll-ups on all sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
