Cottage Cheese Avocado Toast

A simple yet satisfying dish combining creamy avocado and protein-rich cottage cheese, perfect for breakfast or a light lunch.

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices of bread (your choice)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Everything Bagel seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mash the ripe avocado until creamy.
  2. Mix in the fresh lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Toast the slices of bread until they reach your desired crispness.
  4. Spread the mashed avocado over each slice of bread.
  5. Layer the cottage cheese on top of the avocado.
  6. Drizzle honey over the cottage cheese.
  7. Sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning on top.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a dairy-free version, swap cottage cheese with a plant-based alternative. Add sliced jalapeños for spice.
